Level Up Cleaning

My name is Sam and I am a homeowner in the Bixby, OK area. My wife has always wanted to hire a cleaning company for our home but I was always hesitant about it. That said, I am so glad I listened to my wife and called Level Up Cleaning.

We have a two story house with 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. I have two kids and 4 dogs so you can imagine how much of a mess our house was and I want to emphasize the "was".

3 cleaning ladies came over and all 3 of them were amazing. I was explained the process before they started so i would know what to expect and even then my expectations were surpassed. These girls cleaned everything and I mean everything from floor to ceiling. Rugs, hard wood floors, tile floors, bathtubs/showers, ceiling fans and even the trim around our walls, they cleaned it all.

We went with the deep clean and I would recommend them to anyone to get the same. Initially I was just going to do a 1 time deep clean but due to the amazing work and experience these girls provided I am now bringing them back on a monthly basis. Their prices are less then everyone else we spoke to but their quality of work and attention to detail surpasses all the competition in my book.

If your house is a mess I would 100% call Level Up Cleaning because they are the best in the industry.

We had a deep cleaning from Level Up this morning, and it was a wonderful experience! The cleaners, particularly Kas, were highly approachable, easy to work with, great with my dogs (one of which is a giant breed and shy, so this was important), and the house looks fantastic! The team also cleaned our two-story house in just a few hours, all while working around my need to work from home. Highly recommend!!!

Melanie has been cleaning my house for several months. She does a great job and makes my house so fresh and clean. She is also great with my dogs and they are always excited to see her.

Cas, Camilla, Christian, and Ashlyn did an amazing job deep cleaning my house. It was immaculate when I returned home. I am so glad I have found a company that can help us keep up with it.

Mel is an awesome person. She did an AMAZING job cleaning. We found a keeper with Mel.

Need a deep clean in a hurry? Say less! Brenda and Amanda showed up before I was even awake! These two amazing ladies cleaned up my space and made it feel like home again. They paid close attention to detail and were friendly, and trustworthy. I definitely would recommend using Level Up for your next deep clean. The company is very professional and understands the assignment. They know what clean should look like, smell like, and feel like! Thanks girls!

We have had some schedule changes that kept us from having the same cleaner every time, so I have experienced the initial crew, and three different housekeepers. They have all been wonderful. They bring all of their own supplies. They work efficiently and do a great job! Highly recommend.

Brenda and Jamie did a great job! They really took their time and were so detailed! Very professional, friendly and kind. They are simply the best!!! My house smells so clean and looks amazing!

I needed a very quick deep clean before moving into a short term rental. I called Level Up cleaning and by the next morning they had a crew at the home to clean. Kas, Christian and Jamie did a great job. House looked and smelled so much cleaner. Admin team is also very easy to work with.

Ari and Kate did an amazing job. Really helped us get back to clean after having a baby and working full time. Definitely was a weight off our shoulders

Overall, I think the cleaning was adequate. I was a little disappointed at a few areas of the house that I didn’t think were cleaned as well as they could have been. It wouldn’t have bothered me if it had cost me $300, but for $800, I expected next to spotless. Additionally, I reached out to them via text and email to bring my concerns to light and was not answered.

Edit: I see the reply and I, unfortunately, have no record of the correspondence answering my questions about the cleaning. I’m glad that your business does though.

They've come monthly for the last 6 months and I've had a few different people do the cleaning. It has been very consistently cleaned even with the rotating staff! They clearly train well and maintain standards across the team.

The monthly frequency is perfect for us. We are generally very tidy and keep up with the day to day but that monthly reset and deep clean is a lifesaver!

Level Up Cleaning came and did a wonderful job! I fell behind on my house cleaning when life got busy for me. They did a deep clean and my house feels so much better. I am looking forward to them coming back for regular cleaning.

I can’t even begin to tell you how many hours of my life have been saved by Level Up Cleaning. I started with them shortly after Covid and I have never had an issue. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to get some time back in their lives to do something they enjoy instead. Plus, getting to support a locally owned business over some major corporation is just so obvious when it comes to how much they care and the quality of the work. 10/10!

I would like to share my happiness with our 2 cleaners, Brenda and Kate! They were both exceptional cleaners and people you are fortunate to meet. Besides doing an excellent job they were thoughtful and kind! Since this was our first experience with Level Up Cleaning it became quickly obvious that the company hires and trains the best people. We would have no issues leaving them unattended as they seemed very trustworthy! We would recommend these folks!

I’ve been using Level Up Cleaning for 6 months. Kasia is great. She does a fantastic job. She is such a hard worker. She’s on time, efficient, and I love how my house looks afterwards.

OMG!!! If you are looking for someone to clean for you, this is the place to come to!! I just moved into an apartment, and it was NOT cleaned for a move-in. I called and spoke to Shannon after contacting three other companies, and she was so kind! I wanted a deep clean, couldn't afford that one, so she worked out a price for the things I wanted. The cleaners were on time and so kind! They cleaned my bathrooms to pristine condition! They cleaned, top to bottom, and every crack and crevice. I would love to be able to have these ladies back on a regular schedule, and I will ensure this is the company I go with whenever I need a good cleaning. The ladies went above and beyond!! This company surpassed all of my expectations, and I can't be happier! I didn't know I would need to upload pictures or I would have come in and immediately taken pictures. Amazing work, ladies! Level Up sent three very sweet and professional young ladies to deep clean my home. They did an excellent job and made sure I was pleased with everything before they left. I will continue to use them for my monthly cleaning.

Level Up Cleaning... I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had with this team. My wife is currently 8-months pregnant and, while she prides herself on keeping our home spotless, it has understandably become a physical challenge for her lately. As a surprise, I booked a deep clean, and the results were absolutely phenomenal.

Kasia and Ari were the technicians who came out, and their tenacity and hard work were truly impressive. They didn't just clean; they "leveled up" every corner of the house. Beyond their professional skills, they were incredibly kind and patient with our toddler, and our dog, which made the whole process stress-free.

I contacted Level Up Cleaning after another company turned down my move out cleaning job for being too difficult. Level Up stepped up and did a great job, for a lower price. They got me on the schedule right away and left the house spotless. Super pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

I did the deep clean today. Oh my is it clean. The ladies did such an amazing job. My condo has not been this clean since I bought it. They were amazing. Punctual, kind, detailed….i am so excited to have found Level Up!!!!

Level up cleaning was so quick to respond and even got me in the same week! Communication was wonderful, I knew what to expect and received just as promised. Coming home to my house after it had been deep cleaned was one of the biggest blessings for my week! My house was ready for the company the next day.

Camilla and Catelyn came to my house for a deep cleaning and were very thorough and left the house spotless! I especially loved the small touch of rolling up the microfiber towels I normally just toss into the basket and it made me smile when I saw it. Overall, they did a fantastic job and I look forward to the next cleaning! Definitely recommend!

First time ever hiring a cleaning company! It was a great experience. Melanie & Camilla were AMAZING! They were so upbeat and kind. It was a joy meeting them and I appreciate their help so much ! My main concern was our standup shower and these ladies look like it was brand new again ! (Almost didn’t want to shower in it, LOL!)

We needed a move in ready cleaning on very short notice AND on a weekend. The owner, Teresa, was so accommodating! Camilla and Melanie were AMAZING! They had a lot to deal with including a horrible oven. The oven looks like brand new! Beyond grateful for the work they did. Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job. The cabinets were really bad and they did a great job getting under the cabinet overhang too… I will be using them again!

Level Up is truly amazing! I loved the two ladies I had (Melanie and Kasia). They were so friendly. My house looks spotless! I did the deep clean to prepare for the holidays and my white cabinets were SO CLEAN! The kitchen makes me not want to use it again! It looks so nice. I will absolutely be using their services again.

From the moment I called I received excellent service! Very friendly, upfront about expectations, pricing and communication! They were able to book me the following day! Melanie came and she was great! She walked through with us and asked exactly what we wanted. She communicated throughout the cleaning process if she had a question. Level Up Cleaning has been a game changer for our home. My husband and I both work long hours and have difficulties keeping up the bathroom cleaning and general wipe downs/mopping. The ladies have been an absolute blessing and we appreciate all who have helped us! Our rooms are spotless. We had a deep clean to start then now we do maintenance every other week and it's perfect!!

Evelyn and Jasmine were absolutely incredible today!!! They were efficient and impressive with getting all the details just right. When they asked me to do a walk through with them after the deep clean I felt like I was walking through someone else's house it was so clean!
