Janitorial Services

Our full service janitorial includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, surface disinfecting, glass cleaning, supply replenishing, rubbish pickup, and more. We also offer supplemental janitorial services that include interior and exterior window washing, floor services, HVAC & air duct cleaning, dust remediation, pressure washing, & COVID disinfecting. These services are most often scheduled on a yearly, twice yearly, or as needed basis.

Window Washing

Our window washing services are provided by technicians certified in aerial- and boom-lift operations, exterior window washing up to 6 stories high. Our SPRAT Certified Window Washers will rappel to clean up to 15 stories from a bosun's chair. Whether residential or commercial, janitorial or post construction, our trained technicians provide remarkable interior and exterior window washing to fit anyone's needs and budget.

Construction Cleaning

From post-construction to tenant improvement to remodeling, our experienced teams furnish all areas of cleaning, including rough cleaning, final cleaning, interior and exterior window washing, pressure washing, parking garages, specialty floor cleaning services, and much more.

Floor Cleaning & Restoration

Accountable technicians are experienced with providing a full array of floor services. These including floor scrubbing, sealing, waxing, buffing, restoration, carpet cleaning, etc. Types of floors we specialize in included VCT, concrete, carpets, tile, ceramic, vinyl, brick, wood, etc.

Carpet Cleaning

Using portable & truck-mounted carpet machines, our trained carpet cleaning technicians extract dirt, soiling, & allergens with solutions that are EPA Safer Choice certified. This means we leave behind no harmful residue so it's safer for family & pets, while deodorizing & removing tough stains.

Pressure Washing

Our pressure washing technicians are certified in aerial- and boom lift operations to provide building wide pressure washing services. From exterior building walls, to patios, parking garages, sidewalks, and more, our trained technicians remove buildup of dirt, moss, etc to leave your space looking new and clean.

Window Coverings

With over 25 years of experience in installing window coverings, such as blinds, drapes, & tinting, Accountable technicians are trained to measure, alter, install, and repair various types of window coverings.

Green Cleaning

We use strictly environmentally friendly soaps, chemicals, and methods including the soaps and chemicals used in our carpet cleaning services. Our green cleaning products have DO NOT contain chlorine, phosphates, artificial additives, and they come in recyclable packaging. When able, we use natural cleaners such as vinegar and baking soda. We take pride in reducing waste by reusing and recycling.
