Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service
The customer, Monica Machado Acosta, had a disastrous experience with a cleaning service. They received poor work quality, with the cleaners sending pictures of unclean areas, including the inside of the microwave. Furthermore, they were insulted and disrespected with a message regarding their race.
The problem began when they paid $150 for a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home cleaning, but instead received only a bucket of reused water. The customer was left feeling embarrassed and shocked that such a scam was still operating on Facebook Marketplace.
