Parking Lot Cleaning

At American Sweeping Service, we understand the importance of maintaining a clean and safe parking lot. We meet with our clients to determine the type of equipment needed to clean and maintain their parking lot. Our equipment is designed to remove broken glass, paper, rocks, and other litter that can make a business look uninviting. We also dispose of the material in an environmentally safe manner, giving our clients peace of mind knowing that their customers will not get hurt from slips and falls in their parking lot.

Street Sweeping

Our street sweeping services use full-size municipal street sweepers that sweep a 12-foot path on the street. Our trucks are equipped with dual steel gutter brooms to clean along edges, curbs, and walls, and a main broom mounted under the truck to dislodge debris from the pavement. Our trucks also feature a 16,000 cubic feet of air per minute vacuum system, which can pull all material removed from the surface into a six-cubic-yard hopper. This allows us to clean surfaces in a variety of conditions, whether the debris is as light as feathers or as heavy as large stones.

Power Water Flushing

Our custom-built water trucks are designed to power clean parking lots or yards. Our trucks are equipped with six customizable pressure nozzles and can move up to 400 gallons of water per minute. We also have a hand hose to get to those tough-to-reach areas that a truck can't access. Power washing can remove stuck-on mud and dirt debris that street sweepers just can't pick up. It can also prepare the pavement for repaving, seal coating, and re-striping.

Construction Site Cleanup

On construction sites, we use Regenerative Air Broom Sweeping Trucks to remove all dirt, sand, gravel, nails, screws, and other construction debris from the site. Our trucks come equipped with a unique dust suppression system that traps dust inside the truck, preventing possible air quality control problems.

Apartment Complexes

We specialize in cleaning apartment complexes, using back-pack blowers to collect everything from underneath and around any and all obstacles, such as parked cars, covered parking areas, and flower beds. We then move the dirt and debris to an area where our sweeper truck can vacuum it up and remove it.

Industrial Plants & Yards

Our team works closely with our clients to choose the most beneficial date and time to meet their needs. We also offer customized maintenance services to suit the specific needs of each client. Whether it's a sweeper truck, flusher truck, or pressure washing, we provide the best service possible.

Maintenance Contracts

We offer monthly maintenance services to a variety of customers. We start by meeting with the customer at the worksite and doing a walk-through of the area to determine their needs and expectations. We then develop a schedule that allows us to complete the work with the least amount of disruption for the business.

Pressure Washing

Our pressure washing services use high-pressure cleaners with 4000 pounds per square inch to remove all moss, dirt, and loose paint. This prepares pavement for repaving, seal coating, and re-striping. Pressure washing sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and curbs can make these areas look like new.

Drain and Catch Basin Cleaning

Our trucks are designed with high-power vacuum tubes that are inserted into the drain and catch basin to evacuate all liquid, sand, dirt, rocks, and other debris that has accumulated. Periodic cleaning is necessary to keep drains functioning properly and efficiently.

Portable Water Delivery & Irrigation

We also offer portable water delivery and irrigation services.
