Our company was founded by Ruby Katzin, who believed in providing a safe and clean working environment for students, staff, and faculty at the University of Pennsylvania.

Our History

Glenn Stieffenhofer joined the company in 1986 and continued to build upon the traditions of our founder, Ruby Katzin. Despite a 7-year sabbatical as Associate Director of Housing at the University of Pennsylvania, Glenn expanded the business, doubling the workforce and expanding services to include commercial properties.
