Our journey began with Jeff, who developed his passion for chimney sweeping back in 1985 while working for Classic Brass, a company owned by Gina's father. Recognizing the importance of maintaining safe and efficient fireplaces, Jeff fostered lasting relationships with clients and continued to serve them after Gina's father sold his business. In parallel, Jeff gained extensive experience in the world of carpet cleaning while working for Vacco, a reputable cleaning company in Arcadia, California. During his time at Vacco, Jeff achieved certification in carpet and upholstery cleaning, mastering all aspects of these trades. His expertise and dedication earned him a devoted clientele who consistently requested him for their cleaning needs.

Gina, meanwhile, built a successful career in the corporate world, working for a national electronic distribution company where she excelled in inside sales support and office management. Recognizing their shared passion for delivering exceptional service, Jeff and Gina decided to combine their strengths and launch Right-Way in 2004. This family-run business has flourished over the years, built on a foundation of commitment, honesty, and personalized care for each client.

Right-Way utilizes a state-of-the-art truck mounted cleaning system to ensure thorough cleaning and minimize drying time for our clients' carpets. For high-traffic areas, we employ a two-way cleaning process, guaranteeing deep and lasting cleanliness. We understand the importance of using environmentally friendly products, which is why we utilize 100% biodegradable solutions that are safe for babies and pets.

Our meticulous attention to detail extends to protecting your home. We lay down tarps on tile and wood floors to prevent any potential damage. Corner guards are carefully placed at entryways to safeguard your walls from bumps and scratches. Pre-vacuuming is available upon request, although our powerful system effectively removes dirt and debris without the need for pre-vacuuming unless you have had recent construction work. We employ blowers to control humidity and expedite the drying process. Each carpet receives a pre-spray treatment to lift and loosen stubborn stains, followed by a deep cleaning using our advanced truck-mounted unit.

To further enhance protection, we offer Stainshield, an optional treatment that provides additional stain resistance. After cleaning, we carefully groom the carpet to restore its plush texture and appearance. For your convenience, we place paper runners from your exterior entryway throughout your home, ensuring a clean path and minimizing any potential tracking.

Area Rug Cleaning

We specialize in cleaning a wide variety of area rugs, including braids, hooks, Orientals, Navajos, Dhurries, furs, Chinese rugs, silks, and tapestries. We understand that each rug is unique and requires specialized care, so we meticulously assess each rug before formulating a customized cleaning plan. Our services include pick-up and delivery for added convenience.

Our in-plant cleaning process utilizes only biodegradable products, ensuring the safety of your family and pets. We employ a multi-step cleaning method, meticulously cleaning both the front and back sides of the rug to remove dirt, dust, and allergens. We take extra care to control fugitive dyes, preventing discoloration and ensuring the lasting beauty of your rug. The fringe is hand cleaned to preserve its delicate structure and appearance. Similar to our carpet cleaning, we offer Stainshield as an optional treatment to provide enhanced stain protection.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
