Our Story
Urban Valet has grown from a small company of two individuals with an extraordinary commitment to quality and customer service to a team of over 40 dedicated professionals. Our founder, Eric Pyne, has over 20 years of service and is dedicated to innovation and customer satisfaction. Our Buffalo Store Manager, Sarah Santoro, has over 10 years of service, and our Customer Service/Quality Assurance Manager, Beth Scheffler, has also been with us for over 10 years. Our team of seamstresses, including AnneMarie Cascioli, who has been with us for over 3 years, work tirelessly to ensure that your garments are cleaned and repaired to perfection.

Our Locations
We have convenient retail locations across Western New York, including Buffalo, Orchard Park, and Hamburg. Our corporate headquarters is located in Hamburg.
Holiday Closings
Our retail locations will be closed on the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Please note that our delivery service will not operate on these holidays either, but we will resume our services on the next scheduled delivery date.
