Our Story

Regal Maid was started by our founders, Connie and Dave Venneman, in 1986 as the first Molly Maid franchise in the Northern Kentucky area. In 1989, they were able to separate their ties with Molly Maid and founded Regal Maid as an independent, family-owned business. Over the years, we've been able to establish a reputation for excellence and build long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Our team is led by Andy Venneman, who took over the business from his parents. Andy is dedicated to upholding the core business values instilled in him by his parents - respect, honesty, and service. Diane Cambell, our manager, has been with us since 2007 and is passionate about putting customer service first.
