Founded by Amos Landers, the company embarked on its journey with a singular vision: to provide exceptional cleaning solutions for both residential and commercial clients. Inspired by his wife Patricia's belief that "he had one year to make the business profitable or he was getting a real job, " Amos poured his heart into building the business, starting with a humble Geo Metro and a tireless work ethic. His determination and hands-on approach proved successful, leading to the expansion of services, including high-rise window cleaning in 1995, a testament to his ambition and unwavering spirit.

For nearly three decades, Amos and his dedicated crew traveled across the state, lending their expertise to a diverse clientele. From meticulously cleaning storm windows in historic homes to tackling towering high-rise buildings, their commitment to excellence remained steadfast. In 2018, Amos and Patricia transitioned into semi-retirement, passing the torch to their daughter, Audra Thompson, who readily embraced the responsibility of leading the company into its next chapter. Audra, the Vice President, brings a fresh perspective and a deep understanding of the family legacy, determined to uphold the high standards set by her parents while embracing innovative solutions and fostering growth.
