Customer Service Experiences

Chavez, making them a repeat customer. On the other hand, Becky Hahn was met with a dismissive and aggressive response from the owner, Bob Guthrie, when she complained about her flags being ruined.

Pricing Concerns

Many reviewers expressed frustration with the high prices charged by Nichols Hills Cleaners. Casey Smith was shocked by the $91 bill for dry cleaning two cardigans and two dresses, and Dee Jerome was upset by the increased price of $3.69 per shirt. However, Cole Wolfe defended the prices, stating that the excellent service and speed of service justified the cost.

Quality of Service

The quality of service was another area of concern. Wes Sowell's 2-piece suit and shirt were damaged, and he was charged to repair the suit. Similarly, Becky Hahn's flags were turned pink in the wash. On the other hand, Cole Wolfe praised the service, stating that it was the best he had seen.
