Our story began in 1989, when Ronnie Schweitzer, a veteran of the United States Navy, decided to start his own carpet cleaning business. At Sunbell Carpet Cleaning, we offer a range of services to cater to your cleaning needs. Our services include:
- Carpet Cleaning: We use the Dry-Foam method, which is endorsed by a well-known national testing institution and excelled in all three testing categories. We use the least amount of water compared to all other methods, making the dry time anywhere from 3 to 6 hours.
- Tile and Grout Cleaning: We use the Mytee Tile And Grout Spinner System, which is one of the best methods available. This system is designed to clean all types of hard floors, including tile, slate, brick, concrete, marble, and granite.
- Furniture Cleaning: We offer cleaning services for your furniture, using the same attention to detail and expertise as our carpet cleaning services.
Our Process
Our cleaning process is designed to provide the best results for your home. Here's what you can expect:
1. Prepare the Rooms: Before we start cleaning, we ask you to pick up any loose items and remove any breakables from the furniture we will be moving.
2. Vacuuming: We start by vacuuming all open areas in each room, including under furniture that we will be moving.
3. Moving Furniture: We move furniture to clean around it and then continue cleaning the entire room.
4. Hand Cleaning: We hand clean around all baseboards, door jams, cabinets, or furniture not being moved.
5. Dry-Foam Cleaning: We use the Dry-Foam method to clean your carpets, starting where the furniture sits. We rake the nap of the carpet back up to a fluffy state and replace the furniture on blocks or protective pads.
6. Final Raking: We clean and rake all open areas, ensuring your carpets are clean and fluffy.

Professionalism and Quality
The majority of the reviews praise Sunbell's professionalism and quality of service. Ronnie and Chris did an excellent job in removing stains from the carpet, and Teresa in the office was super nice and efficient. Chris who cleaned the stairs did a great job, and the company's professionalism and honesty are highly appreciated.
However, there are some negative reviews that highlight the company's shortcomings. Tai W. had a poor experience with the company, as the technicians failed to clean his mattress and damaged it instead. He felt that the company was unprofessional and unresponsive to his concerns.
